A pair of silver jolly boat double coasters on caster wheels with rope loop at bow and union flag at stern. Presented to the Officers’ Mess of the Royal Bucks King’s Own Militia whilst the regiment was at Woolwich on 11 May 1855 by Captain Creaton.

The regiment was at Woolwich from April 1855 to January 1856 as part os its Crimean War embodiment.

The silver is actually a composite. The hull were made by Edington in 1803, the flags by Charles and George Fox in 1854, and the wheels made by Robert Harper were added in 1863
